WHAT IS BREATHING AWAKENING

Breathing Awakening is a synthesis of breathing practices based on Shamanism and Pranayama, which combines the sacred wisdom of ancient times with the science of today. It aims to help us discover the power of the breath as the key tool to unfold the potential of what we truly are. Through a sequence of breathing techniques, we learn to use the full capacity of our lungs, prolong our breath and increase our breath hold in order to awaken the intelligence in our body, raise our vibrational energy, and direct this healing power throughout the body to parts that are diseased, dormant or inactive. This process of awakening and free flow of energy allows for core physical and emotional healing (even from past traumas), increased vitality and wellbeing, and can ultimately lead to states of pure ecstasy!

HOW IT WORKS

It is a wisely designed technique which combines several breathing exercises with brainwave music and guided meditation. The combination of these specialized breathing techniques and brainwave music is scientifically proven to harmonize the body and mind by gently adjusting the frequency waves* of the brain in a way that promotes healing and euphoric feelings. It encourages the increase in the level of our energy vibration and brings the body and mind into deeper layers of meditation. The body functions of deep core healing are initiated and a deeper contact with ourselves can be created. This is the key to access and influence our subconscious mind and awaken our full human potential!

* Electromagnetic waves which are responsible for the functionality of the brain. During Breathing Awakening sessions the brain can get into Alpha (8-13Hz) or even Theta (4-8Hz) brain waves which simply means that it gets into a deep meditative state
