A sequence of (in-flow) exercises, which integrates movement, breath, and mental focus. Through rhythmic dance-like movements it aims to strengthen and engage all parts of the body in harmony. It works gently on the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating fascia and the neuromuscular system, and increasing range of motion and flexibility.

‘Step by Step’
— BEGINNERS & INTERMEDIATE —
Exercises of the GYROKINESIS® method with emphasis on the precision of the movement and expanded awareness of the functionality of the body. They are based on the basic principles of a healthy and graceful body posture and movement while seated, standing or lying down, which can be used in everyday life. Ideal for beginners on the method as well as for those who want to experience the most out of it during the “in-the-flow” Gyrokinesis classes.
BREATHING AWAKENING…
‘The Power of Breath’
— BEGINNERS & INTERMEDIATE —
A synthesis of breathing techniques combined with brainwave music and guided meditation. It encourages an increase in the level of your energy vibration and promotes healing and euphoric feelings. It works on body-mind-soul-spirit alignment in a deep meditative state which connects conscious with subconscious and creates the pathway to access information from the source and awaken full human potential.

‘Conscious Breathing’
— BEGINNERS & INTERMEDIATE —
Introduction to various breathing techniques, through which you will learn how to breathe in the most effective way according to your needs (be relaxed, energized, release tension, prepare for meditation, etc). Through rhythmic breathing, breath holds and more, the techniques focus on the optimal use of lung capacity and promote the balanced functionality of the brain hemispheres as well as the harmonious alignment of body and mind. Ideal preparation for “The Power of Breath” classes.
Shamanic Practices
— FOR DEEP SEEKERS —
These are the most ancient and timeless practices in the history of humanity and include practical and energy exercises, shamanic journeys, meditations, soul healing, ceremonies which prepare the ground to connect with the spirit guides, how to create a shrine or altar, how to connect and use spiritual tools (pendulum, crystals, drums, rattles, etc), how to recognize daily signs, omens and more.
